Please join us for our Main Line NAMI Forum: Finding, Evaluating and Working with a Therapist this Sunday, February 25, from 2-4 p.m. on Zoom. Our panelists will provide suggestions on how to locate therapists for individual therapy with adults, adolescents or children and for child-focused or adult families. They will discuss how to think about the best type of therapy for a particular problem, how to decide if a therapist is a good fit for you or your family members, and how to negotiate the therapeutic relationship. There will be ample opportunity for you to ask questions about each of these challenging issues. We are happy to announce that we are expanding our services to all of Delaware County.  As a result, we will be offering: an additional family member support group that meets in Media (https://namimainlinepa.org/support/support-groups/), more Family-to-Family classes (https://namimainlinepa.org/support/family-to-family-education-basics-programs/), and Peer-to-Peer for adults with mental health conditions who want to better understand themselves and their recovery (https://www.nami.org/Support-Education/Mental-Health-Education/NAMI-Peer-to-Peer). Thank you for a wonderful year!

It's time to close the books on 2023, and what a year it's been at NAMI Main Line PA! Together, we've been able to accomplish some amazing things: We reached 2,565 individuals through our many outreach programs and community events. We offered a total of 125 support group meetings for peers, parents, and other family members resulting in an increased sense of community and connection.
