Peer-to-Peer is a free, eight-session educational program for adults with mental health conditions who are looking to better understand themselves and their recovery. Taught by trained leaders with lived experience, this program includes activities, discussions and informative videos. It does not include recommendations for treatment approaches. Our spring course will be offered in a hybrid format with in-person attendees meeting at a location in Upper Darby. The course will begin on Monday, March 9, and will meet from 6:30-8:30 once a week for 8 weeks. Please contact lisa@namimainlinepa.org for more information and to register. Registration is required.
