Family-to-Family

Workshop: Guilt & Toxic Guilt: Understanding and Moving Beyond These Powerful Emotions

The painful emotion of guilt frequently haunts family members of people with mental illness for a whole host of reasons.  In this live, non-recorded on-line workshop, you will learn what the experts say about guilt, its various sub-types and related emotions, and common triggers for guilt experienced by family members. NAMI Connection Recovery Support Group

The NAMI Connection Recovery Support Group is a free, peer support group for adults living with mental illness run and led by NAMI-trained facilitators. You will gain insight from hearing the challenges and successes of others in a confidential setting.  This group will have in-person meetings on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays and Zoom Meetings on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of every month.  If there is a 5th Tuesday, the meeting will occur on Zoom.  For more information on the location and time of our meetings, please contact Danielle Sulpizio at (484) 880-0660 or Ed Kane at (484) 744-0860.

Havertown NAMI Family Support Group

The Havertown NAMI Family Support Group is a free, confidential and safe group of families helping other families who live with mental health challenges. In this support group, families join a caring group of individuals helping one another by utilizing their collective lived experiences and learned wisdom.
