Our next Wellness Chat for Family-to-Family Graduates will be on Thursday, July 22, at 7 p.m. on Zoom. Wellness Chats are for F2F “graduates” of the program. Please contact Judy at F2FMainLine@aol.com for the meeting information. 

Our Parent Peer Support Group for parents with a middle school through young adult child meets weekly on Wednesday evenings via Zoom. If you are interested in joining this support group, please email Nancy.

There will be a virtual Adult Mental Health First Aid training on Tuesday, July 20, from 8:30 a.m.- 3:30 p.m. Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is a public education program that teaches the skills needed to identify, understand, and respond to signs of behavioral health challenges or crises.
