Support Groups, Wellness Chats, and Resources for Coping

Our Parent Peer Support Group for parents with a middle school through young adult child will meet remotely on Wednesday evenings. If you are interested in the support group and are not currently on Nancy’s weekly email list, please email Nancy as this is how she will communicate how the group will connect each week.

Join Us for Twice Weekly Wellness Chats

NAMI Main Line is offering Wellness Chats – a place FOR ANYONE – to come together virtually to share how you are handling your wellness and challenges, while we are practicing social distancing.  Wellness chats will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5-6 p.m. Our first session will be on Tuesday, March 31.
