Wellness Chats – New Developments
Beginning next week, we will be offering one weekly Wellness Chat – a place FOR ANYONE – to come together virtually to share how you are handling your wellness and challenges. Wellness chats will be held on Tuesdays, 5-6 p.m. as long as social distancing is required in the greater Philadelphia area. We will keep your registration strictly confidential.
Invitation to former Family-to-Family (F2F) participantsJudy Green, Family-to-Family (F2F) facilitator, and Nancy Helfman, former F2F participant, invite F2F “graduates” of the program to join our on-going Zoom wellness chats. Upcoming Virtual Support Groups
Our Parent Peer Support Group for parents with a middle school through young adult child meets weekly on Wednesday evenings via Zoom. If you are interested in joining this support group, please email Nancy as this is how she will communicate how the group will connect each week.
